The community participation support service offered by Achieve Disability Supports is tailored to everyone’s needs and goals. The support workers work closely with the individual to identify their interests and preferences and develop a personalized support plan. This plan outlines the specific activities and supports that the individual requires to participate fully in their community.
Helping Individuals
Achieve Disability Supports, offers a range of services to individuals with disabilities, including community participation support. This service is focused on helping individuals with disabilities to engage in meaningful and fulfilling activities and participate fully in their communities. Achieve Disability Supports provides support workers who can assist with a variety of community activities, visiting museums, going for a drive, and more such as;
- You can go out and have a meal with your Support Worker, Friends, or Family
- You can join a bowling league or Fishing Club or Gym
- You can participate in group activities with other people with disabilities
- You might go to a movie, or theatre show, or a carnival
- You might want to walk along the beach and collect shells
